Q2. What is the passing score required to earn a certificate?
Candidates must score 60% or higher (at least 6 out of 10 questions correct) to pass the evaluation and unlock their printable certificate.
Q3. What happens if I score below 60%?
If you do not reach the 60% passing threshold, you will still receive a complete question-by-question breakdown with detailed explanations so you can review your weak spots. However, a certificate will not be issued for that attempt.

Q4. How does the Credit System work?
Our platform utilizes a simple credit balance system:
- 1 Credit = 1 Exam Attempt + 1 Certificate Access.
- When you click “Generate 10-Question Exam”, $1$ credit is deducted from your available balance.
Q5. How do I get more assessment credits?
Assessment credits are granted directly by platform administrators. If your credit balance reaches $0$, please contact your program administrator or support coordinator to request an account top-up.

Yes! As long as you have available credits in your account, you can enter any topic of your choice—such as DevOps, Digital Marketing, PostgreSQL, or Data Science—and generate a customized exam for that field.

Q7. How do I receive my certificate after passing?
Once you submit your exam and achieve a score of 60% or higher, a “View & Download Certificate” button will appear instantly. Clicking it opens your official, high-resolution certificate modal.
Q8. How can I print or save my certificate as a PDF?
Inside the certificate modal, click the “🖨️ Print / Save as PDF” button. In your browser’s print preview window, select “Save as PDF” as your destination device to download a clean copy to your computer or mobile device.
